Do you know with each and every food that we eat per day our body starts to gain certain amount of calories in side the body. But here is a question which says each and every time our body burns lots of calories with he help of oxygen, then how these weight gain occur. Apart from that this diet forced to fully burn away lots of calories from the body. But we all know that our body has some natural activity, if anything about it will disturb, our body will lose it’s natural protection ability or natural balance, which result may be insecure. As result dangers of following a calorie starved diet appears in front of all. Though the ingredients of this calorie starved diet which this is associated with are too much good but the entire functionality of this diet is quite poor. So this time many doctors and physician feel fear to take this diet in order to serve the people in mater of losing of weigh.
